Used for planetary positions, ecliptic longitude, constellations, retrograde or direct motion, eclipses, equinoxes, solstices, elongations, oppositions and related astronomical calculations.

Moon phase, lunar age and approximate illumination are calculated locally using the lunar synodic cycle.

Used for country and public-holiday calculations. Holiday data should be treated as a convenient reference and verified against the relevant government authority where official confirmation is required.
